Our Rollout Journey: From Planning to Full-Scale Launch After months of careful development, testing, and team preparation, our eTracking Inventory Management Software officially went live on Monday, 7th July 2025, across all designated entry and exit points in The Gambia. This wasn’t just a software launch — it was a coordinated national rollout. Before launch, we invested heavily in team preparation. Our field officers, control room staff, and technicians completed hands-on training sessions designed to mirror real-world situations. They learned how to use the system, respond to alerts, and log cargo data accurately. As a result, they felt confident and ready. In line with this commitment, we recently hosted a three-day intensive training session with one of our key stakeholders, the Gambia Maritime Administration (GMA). Held earlier last week, the training was designed to equip the GMA team with comprehensive knowledge of the Gambia National Single Window (GNSW) system. It aimed to ensure they can seamlessly navigate the platform while deepening their understanding of the services and digital infrastructure supporting Gambia’s port and customs operations.
