At Nick TC-Scan (Gambia) Ltd., we are committed to enhancing trade facilitation through seamless collaboration and capacity building. In line with this commitment, we recently hosted a three-day intensive training session with one of our key stakeholders, the Gambia Maritime Administration (GMA).
Held earlier last week, the training was designed to equip the GMA team with comprehensive knowledge of the Gambia National Single Window (GNSW) system. It aimed to ensure they can seamlessly navigate the platform while deepening their understanding of the services and digital infrastructure supporting Gambia’s port and customs operations.
Training Objectives:
To strengthen inter-agency collaboration
To enhance user proficiency in the GNSW system
To provide tailored solutions and real-time demonstrations
To answer stakeholder-specific questions and concerns
Strategic Collaboration for National Impact
This training marks another important step in our mission to build capacity across government and regulatory agencies, ensuring every stakeholder is empowered to deliver world-class service with cutting-edge tools. As the digital backbone of trade facilitation in The Gambia, the GNSW system plays a critical role in driving economic growth and institutional efficiency.
Our Ongoing Commitment
We remain committed to working hand-in-hand with all stakeholders to make digital transformation a success story across every port, agency, and corridor in The Gambia. Similar training sessions and collaborative engagements will continue to ensure that every user of the GNSW platform is well-supported and well-informed.
We thank the Gambia Maritime Administration for their active participation and collaborative spirit throughout the sessions.
Together, we are building a more connected, efficient, and future-ready Gambia.
