In a significant display of regional cooperation and knowledge-sharing, a delegation from the Sierra Leone Customs Department paid a courtesy visit to the eTracking Monitoring Office of Nick TC-Scan (Gambia) Ltd, stationed at the Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) headquarters in Banjul.
The visiting team was warmly received by the Commissioner General of GRA, who expressed gratitude for the mutual commitment to enhancing border security, trade transparency, and customs modernization across West Africa.
The visit focused on gaining firsthand insights into The Gambia’s eTracking System—a state-of-the-art solution developed by Nick TC-Scan to monitor cargo movement in real time. This system plays a pivotal role in curbing smuggling, ensuring customs compliance, and protecting national revenue.

Representatives from Sierra Leone Customs expressed their admiration for the level of digitization and efficiency achieved by GRA in partnership with Nick TC-Scan.
